Zirconium Tubes

Zirconium Tubes is a top tier product from New Eagle Industrial Corporation feature a composition primarily centered around Zirconium, an durable element renowned for its ability to resist corrosion. These tubes comprised of 90-95% Zirconium with the remaining 5-10% containing small amounts of Hafnium and Iron. The high Zirconium content provides these tubes with resistance against corrosive substances.

Due to its passivity Zirconium develops a protective oxide layer when comes in contact with air or water. This layer effectively shields the material from corrosion in acidic or alkaline environments. Additionally these tubes excel in heat resistance maintaining their strength and integrity at elevated temperatures.

ASTM B658 / ASME SB658 Zirconium 702 Pipes & Tubes boast conductivity and low thermal neutron absorption alongside adequate yield strength and fracture toughness ensuring they remain intact under extreme operational pressures. They are also highly malleable and can be shaped into designs without compromising their robustness.

These Zircaloy 4 tubes are quite lightweight considering their size making them practical for various uses. Additionally their low thermal expansion coefficient ensures they maintain their dimensions with temperature changes.

Zirconium 702 UNS R60702 Tubes are commonly used in power plant due to their neutron absorption. In chemical process industries they resist corrosion well against acids and alkalis.
